Godly Sorrow ! ! !

Godly Sorrow ! ! !

King David knew, without question, what a broken and a humble heart was, for he repented with every fiber of his being. And even with his horrific sins he had committed before His Lord and Savior, God said, "He is a man after my own heart!"

Family, Rising to this new day, greeting Our Lord and Savior, with thanksgiving and praise, which pleases Him greatly, and may we seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness and all these things will be given to you!

II Corinthians 7:10, Godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted, but sorrow of the world  produces death.

God knows our heart, Godly sorrow is what HE looks for and desires from His Children, true repentance! Sorry is not repentance, for we all came into this world in a wretched and undone state. We must repent immediately when we sin, for God knows our prideful hearts.  He gave us freedom to choose, (that is Love) and before Him, we must choose life with every opportunity, becoming ( Acts 17:28), giving us pure Joy!

Psalm 51:17, The sacrifices of God is a broken and contrite heart-- these, O God, you will not ignore.

King David knew, without question, what a broken and a humble heart was, for he repented with every fiber of his being. And even with his horrific sins he had committed before His Lord and Savior, God said, "He is a man after my own heart!"

Matthew 26:75, Peter remembered the Words of Jesus who had said to him, "Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times",  so Peter went out and wept bitterly.

Peter wanted to please God, but the fear of man is a trap, ( the flesh) and we are no different.  We can only please God In brokenness when we sin, with Godly sorrow, humbled and broken, coming to Him as a  child. He then will embrace us as if we were His Only Child and experiencing Heaven on earth, for His Grace is sufficient!

Micah 6:8, He has shown you, O man, what is good, and what does The Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Seek His Face, Obeying &  Dwelling in His Presence!!   See you Sunday-- We Love You, L&D    Ephesians 4:13
