Wally joined our Mount Olive family as pastor in February 2011. He and his wife, Kathi, both grew up in Suwannee County and are happy to be back. The Weavers have two adult children, Josh and Sarah, a cat and two dogs, one is very large. "We invite you to come worship with our family anytime you can. We are expecting you."

Joanne serves as ministry assistant at Mt. Olive.  "It is my privilege to serve the members and ministry team of a church growing together in Christ."  Joanne is married to Tim and they have three adult children, two daughters, Emilie and Kyle Prince, Stephanie and Drew Jackson, and one son Jon and Jessica Bell.  Joanne has five  grandchildren Amos, Abigail, Ada, Emma, Owen.

Damon Joined the Mt. Olive family as associate pastor in October 2017. He and his wife, Heather, are graduates of The Baptist College of Florida. Damon's passion is preaching the Gospel to the lost, and seeing them come to know Christ. He loves to hunt, fish, and camp. "Heather and I love to disciple, and look forward to how God is going to use us at Mt. Olive."

Jason joined the Mt. Olive family in April of 2019. He and his wife are originally from Suwannee County and are excited to be back in the community where they grew up. He and his wife are graduates of The Baptist College of Florida. They have two daughters, Elizabeth Joy and MaeLee Grace. Jason is excited about the Music Ministry as well as leading our Children's Ministry here at Mt. Olive. "Music is a great avenue that I believe is helpful in teaching the truths of the gospel to a multi-generational people who desperately need to hear it."
