Obedience To Him Alone ! ! !09.10.20 | by Larry MusgroveGod said, You are either for Me or against Me, we must choose this day whom we will serve with every breath we take! Family, As we awaken To His Joy, which is our strength and walking in it as well, passing through that open door, being that vessel filled by His Spirit ministering God's Deep Love to those we meet, radiating The Light of His Presence! II Kings 34-25, There was no other king who so completely turned to The Lord and followed all the laws of Moses: and no king since the time of Josiah has anyone approached his record of obedience. II Chronicles 34:1-3, Josiah was only eight years old when he became king. He reigned thirty one years in Jerusalem. His reign was amazing as he carefully followed the good example of his ancestor King David. For when he was sixteen years old, in the eight year of his reign he began to search for the God of his ancestor David and four years later he began to clean up Judah and Jerusalem, destroying the idols, altars and the altars of Baal. Please read II Chronicles 35:21-23 As you read this, it proves that we are all human beings and the flesh is weak. Josiah becoming a king at eight years old and being as obedient to the Lord as he was, it was sad to read how his life ended. If Josiah would have listened to King Neco or sought The Lord's help and not becoming prideful this could have been avoided. In there lies the issues of life as God said, You are either for Me or against Me, we must choose this day whom we will serve with every breath we take! This alone is proof of how much we need each other, walking in obedience to Jesus by His Spirit In Him We Live & Move and Have Our Being! (Acts17:28) We Love You,L&D.
