As a church, we are called to implement the words of Proverbs 22:6, which states, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Our youth ministry is vital in laying a solid foundation of faith, biblical understanding, and character formation to guide our young people throughout their lives. We seek to accomplish this by disciplining our young people in the following areas:
M - Missions-oriented: We strive to be mission-oriented, actively seeking to fulfill God's purposes and advance His kingdom in all areas of our lives. (Matthew 28:18-20)
O - Obedience to Christ: We commit to living in obedience to Christ, following His teachings and commands as we seek to align our lives with His will. (John 14:15)
B - Bold in Faith: We embrace a spirit of boldness, trusting in God's power and stepping out in faith to proclaim His truth, serve others, and stand firm in our convictions. (2Timothy 1:7)
